This is our 33rd annual conference with a focus of the care of patients with pulmonary disease processes. There will be a range of topics discussed, such as Pulmonary Rehab, dietary requirements, interdisciplinary management and care coordination of pulmonary patients within the hospital and as an outpatient, "A Nurse's Journey" will be a discussion panel, neo-natal patient care, and new treatments.
